Church Planting & Home Missions Conference

2024 — December 2–3, starting 5:00 p.m. Monday.

Our Church Planting and Home Missions Conference is held annually following Thanksgiving. The primary purpose of this conference is to encourage and help church planters and their families “along their journey”. Our church family works all year to prepare and plan for this event and it is the highlight of our year. Attendees always find this time of fellowship relaxing, enjoyable, and helpful. They describe it as a time to “recharge the batteries” and leave more encouraged than when they arrived.

Lodging

Hotels are available in American Canyon, Napa, Fairfield, and Suisun. For safety reasons, we recommend choosing a reputable hotel in one of these cities, avoiding Vallejo.

2024 Conference Schedule

Monday:

• 5:00 p.m. — Hosted Meal for Pastors and families.
• 6:30 p.m. — Main Service, Pastor Scheidbach. (Nursery available.)

Tuesday:

• 8:30 a.m. — Continental Breakfast.
• 9:15 a.m. — Prayer.
• 9:30 a.m. – NOON — Morning Services; Children’s Programs.
• Lunch.
• 1:15 p.m. — Ladies Coffee Klatch, Men’s Ministry Presentations; Children’s Programs; Teen Program.
• 6:30 p.m. — Main Service, Pastor Scheidbach. (Nursery available.)

** Several offerings will be received to help those planting or renewing churches. The last offering Tuesday evening is the annual Mike Ranspot Memorial offering for church planter children for Christmas.
